Basketball information is mostly still transferred by word of mouth, which is exactly how the information was passed on when the game was first created in the 1890s! We are bringing the basketball world up to date, by leveraging technology and sharing information.
Community
Bringing people together through basketball is one of our driving motivations. We use technology as a tool to make this connection happen, but the ultimate goal is to bring people together to share the game we love. You can be from different countries, different ethnicities, or backgrounds, but when people are on the court, none of that matters.
Access
Most local basketball courts have periods of vacancy whether at community centers, high schools, middle schools, or churches. We would like to give users access to gyms in their areas, and share this resource with the basketball community.
